Shared these secrets As come trembling from my heart That touched upon the wound you hide and cover Yet un-exposed, the chance to heal may lack discover We have said Spoken in our own way And I have always walked behind, awaited in a surface patience That truly was my own resolve to be there for you, inert sentience That what has been Should be the taking of your hand, with open heart, and active hear Take away material things I seek not wedding rings or poverty A friend in deed to hold you close, in loose a bond of sovereignty The body speaks To guide my steps in love it seeks Entrusted in your palms my heart, undoubtedly to fail and grow Without conflict to resolve that you would not believe or know Share these feelings Unafraid for I have never left you We may disagree and yet you see that honor is as honor does And still the linger of the Aspens quake as vividly as ever was We have been A knowing that is virginal and white Set apart and un-detained my heart has taken flight The need but your support and grace, the smile that gifts my face delight In all that hoped, along the moist regard implored to crackling fireplace Fingers swept of button down, concern that leaves the heart to burn within its trace Copyright Kkh 3/30/04 |

Some good images here, Kathleen. Great contrast in, "Take away material things I seek not wedding rings or poverty." |

Nicely written all the way through but I enjoyed this a little more than the rest. "Should be the taking of your hand, with open heart, and active hear Take away material things I seek not wedding rings or poverty A friend in deed to hold you close, in loose a bond of sovereignty" Eric Ain't doin nothin at all |
