One tunneled animal on the run another one hunted just for fun with common traits to short legged creatures with healthy claws and skunk-like features... Can contact badger lovers on the web find out tips on how they're bred weed out folklore about what ills they cause take a moment to study them, reflect and pause Some with greyish faces as the honey one long when the ferret variety tail's undone with scent glands to emit unpleasant smells isn't just the skunk that marks it's trail... Musk gland lies at the root of its tail to mark its territory without fail numbers are controlled, they're seen as pests roads swathe habitats, erase their setts.... One can scapegoat badgers as a disease source its easy to blame this wild beast of course, am appalled at some sadistic measures control has become more of a pleasure. © Copyright 2004 ecrivan [This message has been edited by wordwizard (03-31-2004 10:28 PM).] |

EagleScorpion don't see how your comment relates to the nice poem bit..there are that enjoy some heartless cruelity in eliminating the beast for its meat, fur etc... Grover thanks for clicking in |
