Taking a break

I sit here feeling like God
And then he said
God I haven't sat down all day

Just nice to rest for a minute

You say God
Who is your God

Anyone who wants to take the weight for a moment

It's nice to have a break

But dont those who think they are God
Destroy and hurt

I'm a good excuse he said
I can't stop them all

I can try but just how much can you put into their minds
Doesn't it hurt you when this needless killing takes place
It hurts me all the time
But I can only reach so many minds at one time
No matter how much I want to

It sounds bad to say
But at times I look the other way

It seems to be a job that everyone wants
Until they learn the reality of being God

Nice to have taken a break
