~thankyou to my sister Enchantress for the inspire~ . .  . . If only I had pockets I would go to the store with Dad. I would buy myself the biggest bone That a Shih Tzu ever had. If only I had pockets I would hide away Mom's keys. Then both of us would go for drives As long as she spoke "Please?" I would gather chestnuts on our walks, and take them home for play. Or stash some kibble in the folds, To snack on some other day. If only I had pockets I could save my chewy toy The one that's soft and smelly, and makes me salivate with joy. Each day I gaze out of this window Until the sky turns dark. Imagining showing off my pockets To my envious pals down at the park. . . Chris Barker January 2004 ~~~ ~hugs to my dog Meeka~ |

 (smiles) Yay! Awwwwwwwww, your Shih Tzu looks soooooooo adorable, sweet friend, hehehe, and if Meeka had pockets, she could tuck away all the meat in the freezer as rations for dinner! LOL!
