A kind of sunflower which bows its head a tribute to spiraled clumps of seeds instead, along a windy Salaria road to the Sabine region girasol stalks stand sentinel like a foreign legion... Me thinks it's head is a composite flower painstakingly fertilized through insect power, its seed, good food for the urinary tract from a glorfied crown when the shoot's intact... have been tempted to feed from its natural source respectful of its roadside stature of course; it has followed me back to the land of my birth spiraled seed heads banded by petaled girths... |

Girasole girasole . sunflowers......... attracted by the title, I enjoyed your write and I know what you are talking about. And it’s all true and beautiful. I often happen on the Salaria towards Sabinia. Beautiful Region! Very lovely! Love, Margherita |
