Nothing Replaces You Having nothing to write If when I finally let go My poems will be gone No feelings will show I shall just leave silently Disappear from view Without you I feel empty Nothing replaces you My heart was silenced You failed to appear My heart slowly sinking I will quietly disappear I'm no good at goodbye Nor could I pretend When my last tear falls I will know its the end Hope©2004 |
