Scarlet red blood of battle, invasion of far continents. Messengers from Rome summon you, insult felt by the senate, you must go and take your punnishment, without this, Roman armies will invade. To Rome you set off, taking combatants. Once again you are victorious in battle on all of your continents. Untill you reach the the gates of Rome, when a messenger from home brings news. Guinevere your wife, has married your nephew Medrod, together they rule Britania, from land to sea, across mountain and moor, and beautiful scenic views. Home, home again to your own lands, the search is on for Medron. Revenge is sweet on thy tongue, battle primed within thee, to the bitter end you will fight. Across the battle ground at Camlar, you stare and glare at your traitor blood. Before God, you will fight for what you hold dear, Britania and your Queen Guinevere. The charge, the blood, the fight to the death into the night. Mists of morning rise and reveal two mortally wounded. You prepare to be recieved at Avalon, your final days and hours here are passed with Guinevere at your side. Caledfwlch, your powerful sword and simbol of your life, faithfully borne away and given back to The Lady Of The Lake, may God bless you, once and future King. Bravery, chivalry and devotion to God. Angels up on high for you now sing. ''Each soul is potentialy divine..the goal is to manifest that divinity'' [This message has been edited by Goldenrose (03-01-2004 08:54 AM).] |

THE RESCUE by ROBERT BUCHANAN I. The sun shines fair on holm and hill, On wood and waving corn, But there is wail in Carleil On that fair summer's morn. The noblest lady in the land Is doomed, ah, wo the while! To shameful death, with lighted brand, At yonder fatal pile. ********************************************* wonderfully exhilerating write...enjoyed! |
