~**~ My very best friend you have proven to be No matter my problem you listen to me With open ears and a tender heart And of the solution willing to take a part Whenever I am happy delighted are you Or if I am sad you feel sad too Of all my life you are a part So blessed to be friends from the very start Before we fell in love and gave our hearts to each other We became real close and loved being together Not having to plan anything particular to do We have always enjoyed just being you with me, and me with you We are both very thankful each other we did find Someone who is loving with a heart very kind Together we want to be for the rest of our life You, husband to me and me as your wife ~*~ |

I love it. This one definitely belongs in a Hallmark card. I find words about friends to be so special because if you are lucky enough to have a best friend like you describe in your poem, then you own the world. My girlfriends are so important to me...each one fits in a unique place in my life and in my heart. Well done! |
