PUSHING THROUGH Somebody once told me Everything works out You may not like it But that’s what life’s about That’s where I disagree They’re all living like drones I won’t let that be me I’ll make a life of my own I’m watching them crumble They toss their lives away I’m not going to fumble I work harder every day I take every chance I’ve got nothing to lose I can’t fall from my stance Don’t need an excuse I’ll do what I must To get to the top I’m as good as the best I’m not going to stop I’m in front of the crowd I’m going to prevail I will make you proud You won’t see me fail |

well... after having a couple of crappy jobs, i felt that if i didn't find a way to get a good job then i could be low paid nothing for the rest of my life... better to get through college or work to a management position than to waist my time and money. |
