I walk the thin line, Across the black pit, The fallen world above, Shoves me unto it. I drift through the darkness, The tunnelling despair, Feeling light headed, Lighter than winter air. So I fall forever down, Onto blackened days, Forgetting who I am, I embrace the new ways. My mind breaks in half, Shatters like a mirror, Insanity plays its card, Madness begins to glimmer. I lie on the padded couch, My mind continues its fall, I spout the random phrases, That rise from me, a maddened call I am bound in chains of white, And confined in a soft cell, Left to enjoy my sweet madness, Here in this broken hell. I am a lost and crazy man, My mind gone for many years, But worry not outside world, In here there are no tears… |

Jessie~ 'I am a lost and crazy man, My mind gone for many years, But worry not outside world, In here there are no tears…' Excellent portrayal of the trip of no return~ Someone told me once that, "Crazy just might be a nice place to be." They may be very right~ Great write~ *Huglets* ~*Marge*~ ~*When the heart grieves over what it has lost, |
