She eats kiwis in the dark on friday nights
with a spoon
Paints herself a world her own, lacking grays
lacking shades
She likes the cocoa mix straight without liquid
loves the rush
she wears a hat to sleep because her ears get cold
hides her eyes with it
She wears gloves in the public pool
cuz she can't see why not
No one understand why or how
This ordinairy girl's turned upside-down
But she loves being
So perfectly ordinary.
So secretly extraordinary.
Such a beautiful mixed-up girl.

i love it! i dono if it makes sense to you, but sometimes ya just gotta love the crazy things.

beautiful mixed up girl, that was good, sometimes it is a good thing to be different,

Hey Cassi,

I liked this. It's got an interesting concept and reminds me of that one song...the one that talks about the girl being the queen and only drinking coffee when it rains.

lol all those things are things i do that i love. i have this crazy cool hat and matching gloves and they are probably the finer aspect of my life as a whole.

great concept (unique!), love the title... aren't we all beautiful mixed up girls?

p.s. try adding some alliterations in that form of poetry, it'll create a more melodic rhythm...just a suggestion!
