Laying alone lights are dim looked at the clock only three minutes gone by What a long night ahead Earlier when the news was told my stomach felt as if sinking i didn't know what to think All I knew Was you were in tears And for that I almost was Worrying, thinking, awake All throughout the night I was alone Staring at that clock It's red glow driving me insane I remember driving by your house At midnight only hours before Hoping you would come outside And we could drive to freedom My dreams are hopes and hope is faith Why do I act so silly? |
