over over again i wait for you
to come into sight
to place your tricky eyes
in front of me.
and i ask "is this real?
could it really be, you and me
me and you," until i realize that
the rooms completely empty.
But I have been waiting
fifteen hours for this moment
and it comes in a second
just a second too late.
so i sit in my chair
and recollect about the times
when I almost made me cry
AND IT FEELS WONDERFUL.
so come on in, have a seat
and let me know what you think
and by the time we're done
WE'RE BOTH GONNA FEEL WONDERFUL.
cuz i'll sit in my chair

and you'll stare with a smile
and with you're tears in my eyes
we'll just laugh, laugh, laugh...

Fifteen hours?? Whoa now thats commitment, empty room for fifteen hours. I liked it, and the BIG WORDS seemed to work even though they were out of place to me. Whatever works right?? You know the second always moves too fast.
