I have only one concern now,
I shall no longer be a pawn,
To this game.
I shall only worry about being me.

That’s it, that’s all,
Not far to fall,
But I don’t recall,
Having to crawl...

FROM YOU!

The blackness envelopes me,
My thoughts jumbled in and around it,
But come daylight,
It shall be gone.

I scream at you,
Make my debut,
As someone new,
Someone true...

TO ME!!

I’ll leave this depression behind,
It can’t be a part of me anymore,
It’s unwelcome.
I shut it out.

I made a tomb,
To simply consume,
All this gloom,
So I can resume...

MY LIFE!!!

SILENCE!
I won’t listen to you anymore!
You just brought me pain,
Which I intend to leave behind,
With you included.

I’ll be sure,
To find the cure,
To this obscure,
And insecure...

DISEASE!!

I REFUSE TO BE A TOOL ANYMORE!
I’M SICK OF LISTENING TO YOU!
I’M LEAVING YOU NOW TO YOUR TORTURE!
Which is too long...overdue...

I have one question left..
Can you save you...from yourself?

There's a lot of emotion in this...I feel the same way about not wanting to be a pawn anymore. Way to go for walking away!
