A blade twisting through my gut You look so alive. With sweaty palms and shifty eyes I stumble over every syllable. How do you always look so calm? When I cannot keep from shaking. Are you hiding your ailments? No you don’t feel a thing do you. To you I am just a rock Inanimate, ugly, and dead. |

"How do you always look so calm? When I cannot keep from shaking." This part, so very enjoyable and relatable. I always get the feeling that people are more in control than I am. It's hard to be ... I don't know, my mind isn't thinking! This was a great write though, I enjoyed reading this so much! Yet, the ending, well, just remember you're NOT a rock or, well, etc... You ARE talented writer though, I would ejoy to read more if you have more to post... Thanks a bunch for sharing, it was a pleasurable read @-->--- |
