The one man in the entire world That means the most to me Is my funny, caring father That I know will always love me He was there when I crashed And felt really low He was also there To see me be the star of the show I remember when I was little He always taught me a bunch Now that I'm getting older He's not able to teach me as much I just wanted him to know How much I really care How much I appriciate That he will always be there He will always be number one to me Because he is the best dad ever He's a coach, a dad, and sometimes even a friend And thats the way all dads should bend *I gave this to my dad for father's day..I would enjoy any coments on it....good or bad. Hey Amanda, Awesome poem! Not only are you lucky to have a dad like that but your dad is also lucky to have a daughter like you… Yet, even though you are getting older, believe it or not there is still soooo much you can learn from your father! I honestly believe that I will never be able to learn everything my father wants to teach me just because there is so much stuff to learn. Anyway, there’s not much I can really say on this poem, it is… beautiful? I’m not sure that’s the right word but I know that this poem was a pleasure to read. Thank you so much for sharing this poem, it was very special  @-->--- |

yes my dad did enjoy reading it, he never knew I could write poems cause I never told him..so he treasured it alot Thanks for the comment Frank, ~*~Amanda~*~ |
