Time will only tell You said as you walked away Your voice so distant and far How can I face the rest of the day That was the feeling And since that day it has not past The feeling of aloness and sadness It seems it will forever last Watching you walk away from me Still pictured in my mind For I cannot let go of you I just don't have the time I need you in these 9 months Do you not understand at all That at night I sit up waiting Just for your phone call This baby is not just mine For it is a part of you too Do you not understand that Can you not see the truth in front of you I need you to be in this with me I need you to really care If not care for me Will you at least for the child be there Still no answer from you Each day feels more like hell I cannot sit and wait no longer It's true, time will only tell Too late to cry, you're gone... why should I cry, you can't wipe the tears dry, so what am I to do? I need to be with you....-Me |
