We cling together, as the raging storms surround us. Your eyes meet mine, as the waves are crashing harder and harder. My head slowly slips under water, so you don't hear me cry. You just sit and watch as I sink lower and lower, as we spread further apart. Save us. Save us. My heart has grown weak; I can't fight any harder. You have to meet me half way. I finally realize, just as the last bit of oxygen in my lungs seeps out, you dont love me, you never did. So as I surrender to my deep grave, I do so in peace. Knowing the next time my eyes meet yours, will be in the presence of the father, and you will get what you deserve. love will make you beautiful |
