I remember the day I met you,
A feeling thats endured for years,
Those brown eyes,
That firery attitude,
An obsession thats brought me tears,
Of all the things I could ever want,
Your love, your touch, your cheers,
I recieved none of those joys,
So I hide my love in deep,
Where not a soul would hear,

I don't know why I feel this way,
It just can't be explained,
I don't think that anyone would understand,
The pleasures and the pain,
I've waited and waited,
Been pacient, been ready,
Perhaps your heart might change,
Yet destiny seems against me,
And fate wont lend it's hand,

I lie awake and think of you,
Why is that so bad,
Do you love me?
Do you think of me?
Why are you in the dreams I had?
I lie awake in the dark,
Wishing you were here,
Wondering with ever passing second,
Could you ever care?
