Destruction for Truth

Have we forgotten already?
Is it that far behind us?
When the future looks so dark
Does the past seem so bright?
Do my feeble actions
Trigger any response in your mind?
Can you go through the day
Without looking into my eyes?
Wil you continue to let my hair
Slip over my vision to hide me?
Has the pain been enough
for you to be satisfied?
Rising from self-pity
Throwing off my scars
I live anew, independent
From your daily bread.
Inclinations to hold to
These questions for hope
Are destroyed for my
Life to continue in truth.
I'm forgetting my pain
And forgiving yours,
Seeing this shining light
From Freedom Tunnel.
Set free other captives
So they too can walk
Along path's without your consent.
I'm alone, but not lonely like before.

god this peom was grate the best thing is the hole thing fit into its self keep writing
