(10/07/04) © 2004 Brian Eggertsen, All Rights Reserved Things were fin’ly looking up, Had it all including love. ‘Till one terrifying morn’, When you were suddenly gone. You made it seem as it was all just in my head. Not a breath wasted in your hurry to forget, The day… YOU WALKED AWAY, THOUGH IT WASN’T TOO LATE. YOU WALKED AWAY, DIDN’T HAVE TIME TO WAIT. FOR THE LOVE OF A BROKEN HEART, WHICH YOU TORE APART. THE DAY, YOU WALKED AWAY. I hope you’re miserable too, Because I am thanks to you. Could have done without the pain. Could have done without the rain. Could have done with a simple goodbye but instead, You left me like a dried up stain on the carpet. The day… Chorus There’s a memory, of you and me, Shredded to pieces somewhere. But I’m still standing. Though I’ve lost my mind, been left behind, Clouded by haze of despair. I’m still standing, Standing strong. All though… Chorus |

wow...this is a really cool song...i'm also wondering what kind of music you play. ~Alli~ I always knew looking back on the tears would make me laugh, but I never knew looking back on the laughter would make me cry. |

I like this, and I also wonder what kind of music you play. Jen "The course of true love never did run smooth." -William Shakespeare |
