Glistening sand turns to a pearl

Everyone using me,
Me letting them cause I’m searching for love.
Everything deliriously messed up, why can’t I just find the key?
I just wish God would find a way from above.

I can’s stand this excruciating feeling any longer,
it hurts so much, I’m lonely.
Why can’t I be stronger?
Why can’t I just fine my one and only?

I’m tired of my wants being a shadow ignored,
when will the fact that I’m human be acknowledged?
Will my faith and love be restored,
or will my crying, bleeding heart always be damaged?

I loved him, I like him, and but I always want more,
the one who I need , always lost.
Every guy just looks at me as if I’m a pretty girl to score,
And through all this pain, I’m slowly dying from exhaust.

I deserve to be treated like a queen,
I’m a young, beautiful girl,
why can’t this be seen?
I’m glistening sand, turned into a pearl.
