Tears fall down, Mascara cries Eye liner smudging Touching the frown. Don’t hesitate Look in the mirror And face everything you hate. Question who you are. And Doubt yourself Because You’re unseen Overlooked by others No one understands you And no one cares They don’t want to Their eyes are lying As they stare into your soul Looking for secrets untold You feel Smothered Overwhelmed And Confused. So Start over, And forget to finish. Waste away because no one would listen. -Censored- |

reading this poem was like reading an except from my own journal. the way your words created the images of being alone and a feeling of utter meaninglessness was amazing. i hope to be reading more from you soon, homefully something inspired by something more positive. Passion. It lies in all of us. Sleeping, waiting, and though unwanted, unbidden, it will stir. Open it's jaws, and howl. It speaks to us, guides us. |
