Must not fall back must not fall back asleep No, I will not close my eyes No, not one more time here it is apocalyptic sunrise The light of revelation is shed on so many things I once thought dead showing them to me, now I see nothing is as it seems so clear-cut and concise this line dividing reality from my dream now I sit, ponder and contemplate fate or mistake? this one chance I must take... Here I am awake standing standing in the ruins of life long past my own mental graveyard searching searching for the way the way out |

"mental graveyard" I LOVED that part. There was one line that I think the poem could have done without: "nothing is as it seems"just because it is cliche, and you've already established that idea in the lines previous. I really enjoyed this poem. |

i really liked the poem...i'm putting it in my library if you don't mind...there was a little roughness in the reading with some repeating of ideas and feelings but overall a grate poem...keep writing when you live you begin to die |
