He teases me with his smile and grin

but I see the hatred that lies within

I'll be leaving here soon, I keep telling myself

Then why am I always lonely screaming for help

I hate this, I can't stand it, I can't take it anymore

Those icy blue eyes, at a time which I adored

Why do I feel so old, but yet I am very young

So many words I want to say, all at the tip of my tounge

My friends that I have, I feel are slipping away

It seems I lose another, with each passing day

but there not important to me, I keep telling myself

So if there not that important, then why is it them everyday I think of

One walks by me, another in the hall

Our eyes don't meet, we don't say anything at all

Is this my choice or how its suppose to be?

So many things going through my mind, will I ever be free?

I see myself screaming for help

But noones there, I keep telling myself

This poem is about being so confused and you're not sure what to do anymore. I think about people when I don't want to and I lose concentration. Losing my own life in a way.
