for every medal
for every parade

for every breakfast
for every spent round

for every mission
for family left behind

for every order
for every fight

for all those nights spent far away
for the rifle beside me, my only life line

for freedom
for justice

for heros
for saviors

for a home cooked meal
for the sent of sweet perfume

for times to come
for all that is lost

for all the times, I've heard a grown man cry
for my brothers in the service

for all my mates who never came home
for every time I thank god, that I made it out alive

I don't care if you think I'm a fool but don't ever tell me so
