Prison escape
longing at the moonlight
shining in the outside night
for my freedom I'll fight
fight to the end
fight to the death
if only just to feel the grass
again.

This prison is dark
it has grown into me
now i must flee
now i must be free
of the stench that posseses me
of the cold that invited itself inside
i try, i cannot hide.
i run, i cannot escape
yet.

Sing in these endless circles
hoping to feel air
breath these forever cycles
hoping to know life
break free of these lies
forever.

Remember grace
remember peace
knowledge of hope
looking back
seeing fear
looking ahead
seeing light ever near
seeing light ever near.

Love hurts as bad as it feels good.

I had a feeling I would be able to relate to this right when I saw it, and I had an idea what it would be abour.  Nicely done.  Very enjoyable especially since I can relate.
