Is it ok to post songs like this one?Let me know. (3rd and 5th verse pick up dramatically on instrument)Might be hard to read as the instrument is the punctuation, so read each line separate but they bind together loosely. Thoughts of You Went out walking this morning cold wind numbing my hands Nothing much to do early winter in this town still stands Thoughts of you passing through my mind Our eyes not meeting I've seen you but you still blind Everyday I've seen your face Never had I wanted to feel this way Still trying to leave this place I gotta get away Winter skies and the pond has frozen Thoughts of you passing through my mind Walking off and my mind goes blind Body's numb and I can't breathe looking at the sky through this ice never had I wanted to feel this way Sinking to the bottom in this place I gotta get away Thoughts of you passing through my mind My eyes frozen in this time I've seen you but you still blind I gotta get away Thoughts of death passing through my time Your eyes frozen on my mind. Body's numb and my mind goes blind. I gotta get away |
