Nowhere To Be Found It’s hard to be around you, but you're so far away The love that I can’t give you can neither make you stay. Hands down, without a doubt my lungs close when you arrive, Just like that, with little else, making it hard to survive. I feel compelled to speak but you take away my words Might be hard to believe, you're always in my thoughts. Detached, alone and happy we play into our fears With a single act of emotion they seem to disappear And fade away into the mist of worlds unknown We loose ourselves when we're alone, when we're alone Its then my hear and thoughts Inspired by your words Take flight and dream away Oh God I wish the day Will never end because tomorrow I know that you will be nowhere to be found. All I can wish for now is to feel your breath whisper softly Sweet nothings into my ear, kiss me gently Hold me close, don’t let go, I'll show you how For tomorrow, you will be nowhere to be found. In the blood soaked battle field, bleach the bones of countless millions who in the midst of victory stopped to rest, and resting they died. |

i'm not sure if you meant it like this, but i think this captures fantastically the desperation and fantasy associated with a one night stand. and i love it. The soul is oftentimes a battlefield where reason and judgement wage war on passion and appetite. |
