The mist lifts off hills and distant peaks the sun shines brighter it glistens afar it seeks forgotten hedgerows long lost meadows rivers and lakes gorges and creatures the trees grow taller rolling hills look greener the rain falls short a rainbow forms it tilts out of the glowing sky ribbons of coloured lights a magnetic aura penetrates the senses beautiful feelings float spiral up the spine hairs on neck spike feels marvelous massive grin and breath in the air the world it’s free and it’s generous breath out eyes open light fades shadows murmur wounded eyes narrow cold and lonely dark, black, dense, blocky it’s bleak no clean no pristine no green intoxicated by stenches sharp uncertainties bottled up paranoia I’m a solitary creature living in urbanoia just got caught up in a moments euphoria. Prismatic changes facade the light darkness blinds all wishes descend in to creatures faraway murmurs. [This message has been edited by darkblues (06-05-2007 06:01 PM).] |

Damn, I mean thank you!!!! I have a real sense that poetry lives and not only in one, or for one, because of one, just that it lives. |
