Guilty M’lud guilty as charged Life has been strange life has been hard I thought I was right to put up a fight It’s easy to reason In the clear of the light Had it been you it would have been right Then who would you blame For the wrong or the right Reason is easy If you had to fight Guilty M’lud I don’t give a fig You’re so overpaid sat in a wig No need ramble or shout Put me away now I soon will be out |

Guilty M’lud guilty as charged Life has been strange life has been hard I thought I was right to put up a fight It’s easy to reason In the clear of the light This piece brings back all the decisions we make and sometimes regret with hindsight.....but obviously they were correct at the time (in our mind). It also points out who we are really judged by...... personal responsibility can be the ONLY judge. All are right and all are wrong while none are right and none are wrong Another deep poem in a 'punchy' style.... Have Fun, Ivor The moment created this second, is a moment that's going to last. |
