Praise you Lord You're the light of the world For your birthday I pray that Your name will be revered more this year than last Thank you for being God I'm kinda poor and I don't really have alot to give But I know that what you want is the heart of man I believe I have a ton of pride, and I ask for forgiveness I give my pride to you I give all of my failures and successes to you I give my unbelief to you I give my worries to you I give my horrible attitude to you I give my arrogance to you I give my insecurities to you I give the fear of man to you I give my immorality to you I give my hypocrisy to you And I pray that you'll take your place in my family and friend's lives as well... Concerning my relationships with them... I give those to you as well I also give you all my joys as well Happy Birthday Lord! Amen! Today may not be Christ' birthday, but we know it's in September. But this is a wonderful Holiday to celeberate it. People are so joyful when we get together. But back to your poem, you did a wonderful job on this. I hope to see more from you. |
