sea under a pale and dead moon waves seeking tranquility above seeing in flat rock the ideal observing in gray darkness hallowed deserving in the greatest silence watch above rockets and mortarfire raining down on solace beneath women cry mutilated children scream it was all God's fault while I can't but keep silent in holding God is dead and we must bear the front enfolding embracing to her breast mutilated accusation against hollow rock anger at self childlike superstition of elevating us above the unknowable and worshipping us blaming God in us |

Wow. I'm about to write a poem about how I'm going to be killed for doing something out of love, and then I remembered God is love (1 John 4:7-8, 1 Corinthians 13...). Yeah, as far as everything being God's fault. He typically won't do anything if you people don't turn to Him. Or He abandons people that reject Him(Romans 1). Yeah, this poem just struck a chord with me, and I'm totally open for any questions you may have about God, e-mail. I usually don't really spend alot of time responding to people's poems, so look at what your poem has caused... Congrats. God bless, In Christ, -Craig To wrestle is to live; to fight is to love. |
