When I’m upset I hide. In my mind there is a box that I stay in. The box is my escape A place in my mind. Four Corners surrounds me. It’s rather shallow, but not too deep. Small in size, but big in room. The walls are brown with scribble everywhere. Just not you’re ordinary box. Walls slowly falling down. Confined to it when sad. Never wanting to leave it. Closing the box when scared, So nothing can harm me. Crawling out of it when the coast is clear. But leaving it open for some air. One day I hope that this lil box of mine Will become a flattened memory. Looking for love |

It's where I'm at now. You are not alone. TY We've all been there. How we deal with it determines our paths. |

I thin the poem helps lots of readers to know and also understand that they are not alone in this thing of hiding when we are scared of getting hurt.Sometimes closing of from the world is the only thing that helps. But it does not neccesarally mean that it is a good thing in the long run. |
