Feeling alone when you lie next to me. Crying when there is a smile upon my face. Hiding from the world behind this fake vibe of mine. Denying who I am. Keeping a secret so many people know of, yet No one knows the exact pain that comes with it. People think it is just a fear, It is much more than that…It is who I am. I have become this creature. One that is so unnatural, so unreal. I cause pain when none is meant to be inflicted. I bring about tears without the intension. I am cracking, I am breaking. I am crying and only one hears my cries. There are many layers to all this pain that is being caused. Will all of them be pealed away? Stars, though unseen on dark nights. Are still there, just hidden away. Twinkling, winking at us, and laughing at our dismay |
