The last time they met, With shadows aside, Far left of the Caspian Sea. Tells of gold told their story, With wisdom as careful as their words, Flowing, massaging each breath they took. The night of each star was embedded, In the arms of each step they took, Forever learning the truths they held. Each time is distant with caution, Their hearts were forever connected. This affair was alive, Like the foreign land they walked on, Together it was justice, Wrote the poetry, Then found their legs to be constant. They traded space for the gaze, As it never was surreal as the initial sunset. Left each other for the greed, Taking the love for something it was not. A romance held endless on the teeth of the rope. |

Wow. That last stanza was kinda harsh and somewhat raw. Ouch. Good write though. It was strong and had a powerful feel to it. -GIS Corruption is caused by holes in obedience to God. |
