You light the skies with your words
for all of the world to read
enlightening with your thoughts
while planting your poetic seeds.

On this day the sun shines brighter
and fills our hearts with a glow
each life that you have touched
has helped each spirit to grow.

May clouds never darken your skies
and may the sun always shine HER rays

I enjoyed all of the wishes
of very kind and poetic friends
it makes me a little sad
that my birthday had to end...

but wait just a moment,
an idea is about to stick,
why, I think I've got
just the right trick!

I'll take these feelings
on into the weeks and next year!
For what else could one do
with all this birthday cheer???
