We enter the arena, lights dim and the band walks on stage, i look at you. Blinding light, beams from the overhead lights, as the band kick into their stride, the glowing rainbow of colours are in your eyes, red, yellow, orange and blue. You lean against me as we watch the band, gently i kiss your head and wrap my arms around you. Holding onto my hands, you caress and touch my fingers. Between tracks, i kiss your sweet lips deeply, with passion in the dimmed light, for an age it lingers. Whooping and whistling at the end of the conert,we raise our hands to applaud a great concert, a night to remember. Afterwards we go to a restaraunt, eat a fine meal, drink a milkshake, laugh and talk about the concert. It will be something that i will think about in October, November and December. |
