Infatuation Love, the one whom I chase but will not slow; On a mirror lake she floats still, a loon; Unbroken horse, free, she will not go; Golden like a goddess, she loves like the moon, Pale as her bosom, climbing like a dove; Like warm breath in early morn air, she flies; Infatuation, it is but a false love, Though I have thought it sometimes to be true; It is a wisp of loves warm light, Hidden in the shadows of discontent; It is fog, turning man from loves will bright, Toying with me, my will ever be bent; I am man trailing pleading I haggle, But love does not wane for men who straggle. |

I liked this very much. Especially liked the following: "It is a wisp of loves warm light, Hidden in the shadows of discontent" Excellent description. |

Nor for women...and infatuation may lead toward, or away from where the heart belongs. ~~(¸¸¸¸ºº> ~~(¸¸¸¸ºº> ~~(¸¸ ¸¸ºº> ~~~(¸¸ER¸¸ºº> |

Infatuation is a fine line, you have to rope it in before it gets away from you. Fabulous poem, truly, right down to the nitty gritty. *Welcome* It's nice to have you here. |

The question on my mind is -- --one I can't ask. But oh is it ever on my mind. |
