Things in life come and then go,
Sometimes too fast sometimes too slow,
What's coming tomorrow we may not know,
But still we must go along with the flow.

One thing I found to really help me out,
Keeps me from giving a scream or a shout,
And can break all the tension without a doubt,
Laughter's this thing I'm talking about.

Ill as a hornet at times I may be,
Tense as a bungee stretched to the sea,
So mad in fact that I may try to flee,
To stop all this stress, laughter's the key.

So take the advice I'm giving to you,
Find some laughter in all that you do,
It will calm you more than you ever knew,
It's one of life's treasures used by too few.
