The Name of The Lord.....Jesus

He said what he believed and
he believed the words he said.
And so, he was overcome with
joy to find his soul was alive,
even though his earthly body
had been found dead.
On that glorious day, when
days wouldn't matter anymore
he found himself in eternity,
in the presence of the Lord.
Yes, the words he believed for
all those years had now come true.
There is a life after death and
it's available to each one of you.
"For whosoever shall call upon the
name of the Lord shall be saved."
John 3:16

James Michael,
Thank you for your Christmas wishes.   I wish you the happiest, too.  BTW, I especially liked your first few lines.  They say a lot.

truly awe-inspiring. you really capture the essence of what christmas is all about.

joy has its own justice. and dreams are languid and lawless. and everything bows to beauty, when it's fierce and when it's flawless...

Thank you Hockeychick, Saunni, GG, Noah, Margherita, LeeJ, mytuesdaywishes and vandana for the lovely responses.
I should have said that "Whosoever shall call
on the name of the Lord shall be saved"...is Acts 2:21...John 3:16 also speaks of salvation...Merry Christmas...James
