it's hard for the words to come anymore
       they don't flow like they used to
       all that seems to be left is
             this red

this damnable red that won't let me see
       that won't le me see anything but
             this
                     this anger

I am the cause
     I say that I am not, but I know
         I know that I was never like this before
not even in my worst moments

take these now
     and go
because there is now one who lets me
     see all the colors
          not just
                 this red

Do you know it is lovely to see you writing again? I think writing these kinds of poems is good for you. They confront a part of you that you don't deal with very often.

I went through a time of that, and very recently. It does ease, though it leaves you and things around you changed in subtle ways.

excellent write! i know the anger you
speak of, keep writing my friend! it
really does help to purge the soul
of both anger and sadness and allow
us to heal and emerge stronger. hmmm
or something like that
