standing on a shadow's lace

Unashamed

here I stand
in front of you
unashamed
and if it be true
in this command
of language that
you think I have
I pour
but it comes
only from my heart
lips could never breathe
the words I feel
they flow uncontrollably
and I can not
stop their tumble
but do they flow
to open arms
or deaf ears
for I remain
unashamed
