She sat alone in the grande old mansion her thoughts in silent reverie as she thought about the future and days that used to be. The coming hot August evening brought a certain stillness to the air she moved to the mahogany writing desk her hearts sadness she would now bare. In verse she poured out her emotions in the daily journal that she kept the pages becoming faded and worn from all the tears that she had wept. She wrote of how she missed him and of how she had loved him so that she knew deep in her heart it was time to let him go. With ink and feathered quill loves sweet sorrow she released and this night she would have rest her heart finally finding peace. (series repost) It's better than I could have planned.. |

How did she manage? Just like that she decided she was done holding on? Or did she just run out of pages in the journal? The diary is complete, it is time to move on to someone else, something else. Maybe. |
