Oh tender spirit Will you, bed down with me; Should, unkindness saunter; Heeded not? I cannot imagine, of Broad-bosomed Earth; Spring without Autumn; I've had my troubles, as brooding dove; A child of darkness, grey springtime; And the rainy time of year; Every labouring sinew, and happiness too swiftly flies Yet so mistaken, on Earth, scattering unbeholden; Concerning, what had I to do? Greet the unseen with a cheer Oh my mind, and in the midst of tears; Impetuous one, will thou take a deep Autumnal tone Like an unbodied one, whose joy, hath just begun Who among vipers, can revel, where lovers meet; Forgiveness, filling the hills, the assuring desire; Amidst that which own heart suffers; As I've described; Of gossiper's in Winter, let us straighten a twisted tongue Held prisoned, in a law, without beginning or end Creating, changing, all hushed; The moon rising, in love-happiness and peace!
