I Dreamt of You

I dreamt of you the other night
In all your splender and delight
I dreamt we were together
Destined to be forever
When I awoke I prayed a prayer
that this dream wouldnt be just another error
As I go on with my day
I look for words to say
to express what it is I feel for you
the words that best fit and put my soul to, rest are three words
that express my deepest feeling for you
"I love you"...always and forever.
When the world is dark
and the end is near
I will still love you.
In my darkest hour when death hears my cry
I will still love you.
And after I make this journey through life and I am in a new
I will be at the gates of heaven waiting on you.
Looking over you, and still... Loving you.
