Ode to the Weeping Willowed soul

Take your strength from the willow tree.
Dance upon the winds!
The wind cannot break your soul.
The Wind of change can only make you
stronger as you grow.
Grow from all your lessons
of your struggled time.
The winds today....I hope for you
are only passing by.

Some winds are gentle as they pass,
Barely making an impression on our lives.
Some winds take your breath away,
making memories as they go.
Some winds are bent on breaking us
But take your strength from the Willow
Assuredly, you have the strength
Because as the willow tends to weep
You never see one fall
Ode to your very wise and weeping willowed soul.

To my Brave internet friends Sassy and Luckie who recently faced family violence called for help and walked away with thier lives. They have a lot of healing left to do.

Wow!!

"You never see one fall
Ode to your very wise and weeping willowed soul."

I really enjoyed this write, I can't say that the above line stood out as the most captivating because they were all equally superior!!! Thank you!

The wind is only an element of nature that surely does test our will.

I enjoyed your uplifting thoughts very much.

Beautiful writing jennirey~

Beautiful write, deep insight...I couldn't ask for more.

Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.  Unknown

A beautiful poem with much strength in words and truth within...and for your friends,
a prayer for their healing.
