that morning I woke up fine Went off with a friend Watched a movie with my friends family Then went home When I got home The pain had begun How I hurt my back I do not know The pain has now lasted For four whole days But one good thing is Some of the pain has eased Back pains They are no fun Never do I want Them ever again Cold hands means a warm heart |

I've had it happen to me without hurting anything. The body can be as fickle a thing as the heart.  What is life without poetry and adventure? |
