So many nights I've sat here and cried,
and so many hours I've wasted.
But now I think it's time that I tried to tell you how I feel.

So many words I'm wanting to say,
so many feelings that won't go away.
And now I think that the time has come,
for you to know how much you mean to me.

I don't know why I can't tell you these things,
you are my best friend, I tell you everything.
It's almost like my brain won't think.
It's as if my tounge won't speak.

My heart wants to say the words,
but my brain always says no.
I can't understand why that is

When you come around,
I don't know why,
I just wanna break down and cry.
What you've done to me can only be explained by one word. And that is amazing.

As time goes on,
I say these words,
I cry these tears,
and finally realize after all of these years.
That this is love and not a crush.
Im so glad in telling you my feelings I did not rush.

Because too many nights I sat there and cried,
and now these nights I spend in your arms,
knowing that I love you
