Visiting Earth on a Guest Pass

Withered from the east
when a sere wind killed its bloom,
my tree stands ruined.
I choose to pass on the west,
where its beauty still remains.

There have been some winds.....

But I'm still here...and while I prefer the west wind, around here the east is quite exciting even if it does dry out your eyeballs! -- so no Shelley revivals from this sector.....

Ed...a gentle breeze has blown away the leaves and the sky is filled with blue, yet still the lily freezes in the garden.

RatL.
It's winter-the sap goes down, coupled with the wind...  Perhap, in the spring the tree will bloom.  I've been fooled several times into thinking the  trees in our yard were dead...Enjoyed.

Glad you're back.  We missed you.

We have to see all sides, don't we, Ed.
Well done!

Smiling...
Two thirds of successful adventures are all in how you look at them...huh?
That is some tree, to withstand the Noreaster...and keep the west side protected for future endeavor!

Ed, you do have a way of seeing all sides
of a situation.....where others only look
at part of it. I missed you too, Ed.

I do enjoy your way of thinking.....

~*~
In your light I learn how to love
In your beauty how to make poems
You dance inside my chest where
no one sees you and that sight becomes art
